Who we are
3AG Systems Inc. ("3AG", "we", "us") is a privately held Canadian company headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
Scope
This policy applies to this website and any subdomains we operate. It does not cover services that link out from this site — for example, a Calendly booking page — each of which has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Site analytics. Pageviews and a small set of named events (CTA clicks, section-in-view, contact-form submission) via PostHog. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode: no cookies, no local storage, no IP retention, no session replay, no automatic event capture, and no creation of personal profiles.
- Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the description you provide. The form is delivered through Formspree to our inbox.
- Hosting logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) are retained transiently by Microsoft Azure as part of operating the site, primarily to keep it available and protect it against abuse.
Why we collect it
- Analytics — to understand how the site is used and where to invest in improvements.
- Contact form — to respond to your inquiry.
- Hosting logs — to keep the site available and to investigate abuse or security incidents.
Legal basis
- PIPEDA — implied consent for analytics (cookieless, no personal identifiers); express consent for the contact form, given when you submit it.
- Quebec Law 25 — same posture, with notice provided at the point of collection through this policy.
- EU/UK GDPR — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for analytics; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for the contact form.
International transfers
Our analytics, form-delivery, scheduling, and hosting providers are headquartered in the United States. Personal information you submit may therefore be processed outside Canada and the EU/UK. Each provider's data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses, where applicable, are the legal basis for that transfer.
Retention
We retain personal information no longer than necessary for the purposes stated above, then delete it from our systems and request deletion from our subprocessors where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you; to withdraw consent for its use; and to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority — the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, or the supervisory authority in your EU/UK member state.

Children's privacy
This site is intended for a business audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We will update this policy when we change how we handle personal information. The "Last updated" date above reflects when the current version went live.
