What we believe
The first job is not to build. It is to diagnose. We start with the work, not the stack — because the problem most teams bring us turns out to be a different problem once we've spent an hour with it. What looks like an AI problem is often a process problem. What looks like a reporting problem is often an ownership problem.
The right answer is sometimes software, sometimes a better process, and usually some of both. The order matters: automation feeds the analytics, the analytics makes the AI worth doing. Skip a step and the next one starves.
Production beats demo. A pilot that works in a sandbox and never gets opened on Monday is not a result. We build for the way the work actually moves, with audit, rollback, and someone named on the maintenance plan.
The shape of the team
We are deliberately small. Most engagements start with one senior engineer or operator in the room, not a bench of juniors fronted by a partner. That keeps the diagnosis honest and the build accountable.
The senior people on the team have built and run work across enterprise AI, plant operations, manufacturing systems, and data platforms — not as adjacent observers, but as the people who shipped and supported it.
The team works on both sides of the problem: the systems thinking your operation needs, and the software that makes the new behaviour stick. We do not subcontract delivery. The person who scopes the work is one of the people who builds it.
If you are looking for a 30-person consulting bench with a deck for every meeting, we are not the right team. If you want a small group that will sit in the work with you and ship the system that holds, we probably are.

Where we are
Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. We work mostly with North American teams and operate in their business hours. We are a private Canadian company, founded and run by operators and engineers, with no outside investors and no growth-at-all-cost mandate.
